The hotel is ideally situated for a weekend getaway, within walking distance to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. The staff is hardworking and kind, providing warm and accommodating service. Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were superb, from the beautiful reception rooms of the nineteenth-century palazzo to a more spacious room on the first floor, complete with a study room and private terrace. The service provided was professional and courteous, with staff members always friendly and welcoming. Although the location right in the city center of Palermo was cozy and convenient, the noise from the personnel moving chairs and tables in the breakfast area was a bit of a downside.
